It’s been a while since I posted anything about our new kitten, Pearl, but this morning we found MORE KITTENS!
Pearl got pregnant quite early, at 8 months old. This is a bit like a teenage pregnancy, but she’s pulled through it fine so far. Here are the first photos of Pearl and her three kittens at just a few hours old.
There is a large all-black kit, a medium pure-white, and a smaller pure-white. Pearl took herself away under the sofa at some point in the early hours of Tuesday morning, 22nd March 2022. While we slept she gave birth to three lovely kittens and when we found them in the morning she was calm and feeding them all. They give a few little squeaks every now and again, but otherwise seem very well and are feeding well.
We gave Pearl a quick inspection for any unusual bleeding or other issues, and she is well and happy.
